ImpactWolves SellerMetrics is operated by Impact Wolves FZC LLC and is provided as part of ImpactWolves Amazon PPC Management Services. This policy applies only to ImpactWolves SellerMetrics and Amazon Information processed through its Selling Partner API integration; it does not govern unrelated ImpactWolves services or information obtained through separate advertising integrations.

Impact Wolves FZC LLC is an independent service provider. ImpactWolves SellerMetrics is not operated by Amazon.
2. Purpose of ImpactWolves SellerMetrics
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics supports ImpactWolves PPC Management Services by providing authorized seller-level sales, traffic, inventory, and product information needed to evaluate advertising performance in the context of overall business performance.
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics is not offered as a standalone service. It is available only to eligible ImpactWolves PPC Management clients who authorize SellerMetrics to access their Amazon information.
Authorized Amazon Information may be used for sales and traffic analysis; TACoS and total-sales analysis; organic-sales contribution analysis; traffic and conversion analysis; product-level performance analysis; inventory-aware PPC management; low-stock and out-of-stock monitoring; sales-loss diagnostics; investigation of inventory-related sales or cross-selling changes; and PPC strategy and optimization analysis.
3. Amazon Information Accessed by ImpactWolves SellerMetrics
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics accesses only Amazon Information reasonably required to provide its functionality.
Sales and traffic information
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics may process ordered product sales, units ordered, sessions, page views where available, Unit Session Percentage, Average Selling Price, parent- and child-ASIN performance, and other sales and traffic metrics required for analysis.
Inventory information
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics may process FBA inventory availability, fulfillable inventory quantities, merchant-fulfilled available quantities, product availability, inventory status, and low-stock or out-of-stock indicators.
Listing and product information
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics may process limited information required to associate and interpret seller metrics, including ASIN, seller SKU, SKU-to-ASIN relationships, parent and child product relationships where required, listing status or availability, and available quantity where needed for products not represented by applicable FBA inventory information.
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics does not request or require Amazon buyer personally identifiable information for the functionality described in this policy.
4. Use of Amazon Information
Amazon Information accessed through ImpactWolves SellerMetrics is used only to provide the SellerMetrics analytics service to the authorizing seller and to support ImpactWolves PPC Management Services for that seller. Amazon Information is not used for purposes unrelated to the authorized ImpactWolves SellerMetrics service.
5. Data Minimization
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics requests and processes only Amazon Information reasonably required to provide its authorized functionality. ImpactWolves SellerMetrics does not request Amazon Information beyond what is needed for the analytics workflow described in this policy.
6. Storage
Amazon Information processed by ImpactWolves SellerMetrics is stored in controlled infrastructure used to provide the SellerMetrics service. Storage is limited to information required for authorized analytics functionality and is subject to the security and retention practices described in this policy.
7. Security
ImpactWolves applies technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Amazon Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These include, as applicable:
- encryption in transit and at rest;
- authenticated service-to-service communications;
- restricted access to internal applications and systems;
- multi-factor authentication;
- access controls based on job responsibilities and operational need;
- controlled administrative access; and
- network and application security controls, plus seller authorization and eligibility checks.
Detailed security credentials, authentication mechanisms, network configurations, and infrastructure topology are not publicly disclosed.
8. Authorized Personnel
Authorized ImpactWolves personnel may access SellerMetrics information where necessary to provide PPC management, analytics, technical support, security, or related ImpactWolves SellerMetrics services for the authorizing seller. Access is limited according to job responsibilities and operational need. Personnel are not permitted to use Amazon Information for their own purposes or for purposes unrelated to services provided to the applicable seller.
9. Service Providers
ImpactWolves may use contracted infrastructure, security, technology, or analytical service providers where necessary to operate or provide SellerMetrics. Such providers may process only information necessary to perform the applicable service and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection safeguards.
ImpactWolves remains responsible for managing its providers in accordance with applicable contractual, security, and Amazon data-protection requirements. Amazon Information is not sold to service providers or provided for their independent advertising, marketing, profiling, or other commercial use.
10. Artificial Intelligence Assisted Analysis
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics may use third-party artificial intelligence services to assist ImpactWolves personnel with analysis of selected normalized seller-level metrics. Only information reasonably necessary for the applicable analysis is provided through controlled workflows.
AI service providers used for ImpactWolves SellerMetrics analysis are not provided with Selling Partner API credentials, authorization tokens, database credentials, or raw Selling Partner API report payloads through the analytical workflow. ImpactWolves does not use Amazon Information to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve artificial intelligence, machine-learning, large-language, or multimodal models.
AI-assisted analysis is analytical support for ImpactWolves PPC management activities. Where output may materially influence seller advertising decisions, appropriate review and validation are applied before action is taken.
11. ImpactWolves SellerMetrics Data Retention
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics retains Amazon Information only for as long as necessary to provide authorized functionality and as permitted by applicable Amazon requirements and law. Historical normalized metrics may be retained while the seller remains an authorized ImpactWolves SellerMetrics client where required for trend analysis, performance comparison, reporting, sales-loss diagnostics, or other functionality. Amazon Information is not retained merely because it may potentially be useful for an unrelated future purpose.
12. Revocation, Termination and Deletion
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics will stop retrieving Amazon Information when authorization is revoked, terminated, expires, or is otherwise no longer valid. Applicable Amazon Information will be securely deleted from active ImpactWolves SellerMetrics systems when required, including when the seller revokes or removes authorization; the service relationship ends and ImpactWolves is no longer authorized to process the information; ImpactWolves determines it is no longer authorized or entitled to process the information; Amazon requires deletion; or deletion is otherwise required by law or Amazon requirements.
Where Amazon requires deletion within 30 days following an applicable event, ImpactWolves will complete deletion from applicable active systems within that period. A seller may request deletion of applicable ImpactWolves SellerMetrics information by contacting hello@impactwolves.com.
13. Seller Authorization and Access Control
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics accesses Amazon Information only following valid seller authorization and performs eligibility and authorization checks as part of its workflow. Authorization granted by one seller does not provide another ImpactWolves client with access to that seller’s information. Information is processed only in connection with the applicable authorizing seller and the services provided to that seller.
Sellers may revoke ImpactWolves SellerMetrics authorization through applicable Amazon authorization controls or contact ImpactWolves for assistance.
14. Data Accuracy and Analytical Limitations
ImpactWolves SellerMetrics analysis depends on the accuracy, availability, and freshness of information received from authorized data sources. Calculated metrics, diagnostic findings, automated analysis, and AI-assisted analysis may be affected by source-data delays, incomplete information, calculation limitations, or analytical uncertainty.
ImpactWolves applies appropriate validation and review where analysis may materially influence PPC management decisions. ImpactWolves SellerMetrics does not guarantee that automated or AI-assisted analysis will be error-free.
15. Prohibited Uses of Amazon Information by ImpactWolves
ImpactWolves does not use Amazon Information obtained through SellerMetrics to:
- sell or commercially distribute seller information;
- advertise or market unrelated products or services;
- create independent seller profiles unrelated to the authorized ImpactWolves SellerMetrics service;
- train or fine-tune artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;
- develop or improve large-language, multimodal, or machine-learning models; or
- provide another seller or client with access to the authorizing seller’s non-public information.
16. Changes to This ImpactWolves SellerMetrics Policy
ImpactWolves may update this ImpactWolves SellerMetrics Data Use Policy to reflect changes to SellerMetrics functionality, data-processing practices, applicable law, or Amazon requirements. The effective date displayed at the beginning of this policy will be updated when material changes are made.
